Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing any merchandise or tickets from Quantum Pulse. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Merchandise Orders
- Product Availability: All merchandise is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.
- Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes. We accept payment via major credit cards and other secure online payment methods.
- Shipping: We will ship your order to the address provided during checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

2. Festival Ticket Orders
- Ticket Delivery: All tickets are sold as digital, non-physical items. Upon successful payment, your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a correct and valid email address. We are not liable for tickets not received due to an incorrect email address.
- Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid for one (1) person for the specified festival dates. The unique QR code on each ticket allows for a single entry and cannot be used multiple times.
- No Resale: Tickets purchased through our site are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain.
- Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide proof of age upon request at the festival entrance.
- Refunds for Tickets: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with the festival lineup.
Festival Cancellation: In the unlikely event of a festival cancellation, you will be offered a full refund for your ticket purchase. Details on how to claim your refund will be communicated via email and on our website.
3. General Terms
- Acceptance of Order: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. If we do so, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
- Limitation of Liability: Quantum Pulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products or tickets.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
