Shuttle buses run between Lille Flandre station and the Decathlon Arena on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings. Tickets cost €5 per journey (€5 on the outward journey and €5 on the return journey) and must be paid directly when boarding the bus.

Timetable :

Saturday April 18 : A bus every 30 minutes from 7pm to 11pm

Sunday April 19 : A bus every 30 minutes from 6.30am to 9am

Please note OUTWARD JOURNEY means a journey from Lille Flandre train station to the Decathlon Arena stadium. RETURN JOURNEY means a journey from the Decathlon Arena stadium to Lille Flandre station. Buses are direct and do not stop on the way.

Various food and drink stalls await you within the stadium. You’ll find vegetarian and vegan options among the choices.

Reminder: It is forbidden to bring your own food or drink into the stadium.

Points of exchange are available for recharging Arena cards, the only means of payment accepted in bars, food stalls and merch stands. This is a secure payment method internal to the Decathlon Arena.

Cash withdrawals are not possible.

Cheques are not accepted.

Lockers :
Paying personal lockers are available at the stadium entrance. They cost €5, and we advise you to reserve them as soon as you buy your tickets to guarantee availability.
You can only return to the lockers during the festival to deposit merch purchases, showing proof of purchase to the security guard.

Toilets :
Toilets with sinks and mirrors are available in several areas of the stadium, including disabled toilets.

Infirmary :
An easily accessible infirmary stand will be present in the stadium.

Seating :
Free-access bleacher seating is available all around the pit.

Please note that it's not possible to book your place online, and there's usually a long wait at the booth, so be sure to get there as soon as possible!

Payment is cashless via the Arena card.

Quantum Pulse is an event reserved exclusively for people aged 18 and over! At the entrance, you must present a valid ID (passport, ID card, driving license). Copies of documents are not accepted. Please note: No valid ID = no access to the festival!

The interior of the Decathlon Arena is a non-smoking area: cigarettes and vaporizers are not permitted. Smoking areas are accessible from the quiet part of the stadium.

Quantum Pulse has zero tolerance when it comes to drugs. If you’re caught in possession of drugs, not only will they be confiscated, but you may also be excluded from the festival. Rest assured: you don’t need drugs to travel to another universe with Quantum Pulse!

You are allowed to bring medication with you, but only the maximum daily amount. The packaging has to be closed. The security might ask you for a doctor’s recipe. Therefore, it is obligated to have your doctor’s recipe with you.

It's forbidden to bring your own food or drinks! Only empty water bottles are allowed at the entrance.

Festive costumes and outfits are of course welcome!
Come as you like, with respect for others.
